Claude Mayer is a Director with Strickland & Jones, P.C. with over 40 years of experience in accounting, tax and financial services. Claude graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration - Accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Virginia Society of Certified Accountants and the Tidewater Chapter of Virginia Society of Certified Accountants.

Claude was a partner of a local CPA firm and worked with a regional CPA firm prior to joining Strickland & Jones, P.C. With this experience, he is qualified to offer a wide range of services to various businesses and individuals. His experience includes planning, performing, supervising and reviewing compilations and reviews, tax compliance and planning, business valuations, represents clients before various taxing authorities and general business consulting.

Claude has a Life and Health Insurance license in Virginia.

Claude has been a member of several business and civic organizations and is actively involved in the Princess Anne Rotary Club (Treasurer) and in his church choir.
